To cancel services, clients must submit a written notice to Get Backlinks, including the following details:

• Client’s name
• Project details
• Reason for cancellation
• Effective date of cancellation

Cancellation notices must be sent via email to hello@getbacklinks.ng or by phone at +234-(810)-255-9577.

• SEO services require a long-term approach, typically yielding results in 5-6 months.
• SEO services are non-refundable once initiated.
• No guarantees regarding rankings or immediate results within 2-3 months.

• The one-time Mobile App, Web development and Website design fee is non-refundable once work has begun.
• This fee covers customized Design, Development, and allocated resources.
• Clients are responsible for full payment regardless of project completion status.

• SEO services require a mandatory 6-month contract with no early cancellations.
• Payments are automatically charged monthly throughout the contract term.
• Early termination is not permitted, and full payment is required.

Once work begins on any service, no refunds will be provided.

Get Backlinks does not recognize cancellations made through third parties.

• Non-payment of invoices
• Failure to provide required materials
• Violation of project requirements

• Understanding the Terms: Clients acknowledge the non-refundable nature of services.
• Timely Communication: Clients must provide necessary assets and approvals promptly.
• No Chargebacks: Clients agree not to dispute payments after services begin.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Lagos.
