Get Backlink offers a wide range of digital marketing services, including but not limited to:
- Social media management
- Search engine optimization (SEO)
- Website design and development
- Content creation and copywriting
- Brand development and online marketing strategies
- Paid advertising management (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, Tiktok Ads and LinkedIn Ads)
Clients agree to:
- Respond promptly to requests for feedback, approvals, and any required content or materials.
- Cooperate and communicate in a timely manner to prevent unnecessary delays in service delivery.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information required for the successful provision of services.
- Adhere to guidelines, instructions, or recommendations provided by Get Backlinks to achieve optimal results.
- Ensure that all materials provided (e.g., images, text, logos) do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Payment Terms: Payment schedules will be outlined in individual agreements. Timely payment is required to avoid suspension or termination of services.
- SEO Services Contract: Clients agree to a 6-month commitment for SEO services, which cannot be canceled before the end of the term.
- Auto-Charge for Monthly Services: Ongoing services, including SEO, will be auto-charged monthly until the agreed-upon contract term is fulfilled.
- Website Design & Development Services: Website design and Development services require a non-refundable upfront payment. Once 24 hours of work have been completed, no refunds will be issued.
- Website Design and Development Services: No refunds after 24 hours of work.
- SEO Services: 6-month commitment required; no cancellations or refunds before completion.
- No Refunds After Work Begins: Once work has started, no refunds will be issued.
- Early Termination: No refunds or prorated payments if services are canceled early.
- No Chargebacks: Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks after services have begun.
- Legal Action: Get Backlinks may take legal action to recover fees due to chargebacks.
- Dispute Resolution: Clients must contact Get Backlinks before initiating a chargeback.
- Client Information: All client data remains confidential.
- Company Information: Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of Get Backlink’s proprietary data.
- Get Backlinks retains ownership of intellectual property until full payment is received.
- Once paid, ownership transfers to the Client unless stated otherwise.
- Get Backlinks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Nigerian court. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in courts.
Get Backlinks reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.
By using Get Backlink’s services, you confirm that you understand and agree to:
- 1. The non-refundable nature of website design and SEO services once work has begun.
- 2. The binding 6-month SEO commitment, which cannot be altered by any third party.
- 3. The recommendation to work exclusively with one marketing agency for best results.
